Hige is introducing the Chinoiserie Uminosachi Feast, which runs from 4-5 july 2023, and has a lavish assortment of seasonal gourmet seafood. It is inspired by the fresh, umami taste of uminosachi. The 10-course meal will be available to guests. Only hk$688 per person.
To light up your taste buds, start with 3 different types of sashimi and clams with chinese style. Steamed abalone with tangerine peels and steamed scallops with minced garlic and vermicelli come next. Kurumaebi from Okinawa in typhoon shelter style and lobster with cheese are another startling connection. Steamed razor clams in black bean sauce and pan-fried snapper with celery will please your palate. Spanish seafood paella add a light gourmet touch. With the excellent seasonal fruit, your taste buds will be tingling for the rest of the day.
