Seasonal favorite Tuna dishes are returning, we are delighted to introduce our Otoro, Chutoro and Akami. Tuna will again be the main theme at Hige during Tuna Week, which takes place from 21st April to 30th April 2022 and features with 6 different Japanese sake.

A sophisticated and impressive Tunlicious Feast 8-course Set Menu. Start off with toyama bay fluorescent squid broccoli with miso to refresh your taste buds. Followed by grilled nouten with mustard toro & grilled kama toro. Maguro onion soup will add a special twist to the dish. Pan-fried kama toro with lemon butter sauce & tuna sashimi don will certainly satisfy guests’ taste buds. Leave your taste buds singing for the rest of the day with the tiramisu.
