Hige is soon to celebrate the 7th anniversary. To commemorate the milestone occasion and celebrate ours history, Hige will host an exclusive dinner on 14th-18th December, 2021, featuring a special sake pairing menu experience alongside an appearance, 8-course paired with 7 different Japanese sakes that are chef-selected and lucky draw for every participant.

The menu will include signatures and seasonal dishes flown in straight from Japan, such as Assorted Sashimi Trio and Steamed Seafood with Kombu (Kyushu Black Abalone, Kinmedai, Shrimp), plus new items incorporating seasonal ingredients and delicacies including Chinese Treasure Box (Yoshihama Abalone used). The dining event will also include all you can drink sake for this event is “Musashi Otokoyama”.
